An interesting OCT

A 62yo female presented almost 1 year post cataract surgery . Her VA 1 month post cataract surgery RVA: 6/9 LVA :6/6. She presents 6 months later with drop in LVA to 6/12 Persistent CMO on OCT .

Suggestions on management ? Topical treatment ? Injections? Other options?
