A toxo question

This 6yo boy presented with well known longstanding congenital toxoplasmosis. he had experienced recent deterioration in the vision in the left eye over recent months. Likely due to reactivation of toxo lesion & CNVM?Further investigation required? What treatments available for this presentation in this age group?
