Is this appearance of vasculature atypical . 40YO known Type 2 Diabetic who is asymptomatic?

Are these folds significant in a 20yo with nil other ocular pathology? She is asymptomatic and have never been noted before?

This 60 yo man in his mid 60’s came to see me recently. He has a history of TYpe 2 DM and hypertension both well controlled. He had received intravitreal anti VEGF injections for BRVO related macular edema in the right eye years ago ( unclear of the number)  Now RVA 6/18 ( previously 6/7.5)…

This 6yo boy presented with well known longstanding congenital toxoplasmosis. he had experienced recent deterioration in the vision in the left eye over recent months. Likely due to reactivation of toxo lesion & CNVM?Further investigation required? What treatments available for this presentation in this age group?

A 62yo female presented almost 1 year post cataract surgery . Her VA 1 month post cataract surgery RVA: 6/9 LVA :6/6. She presents 6 months later with drop in LVA to 6/12 Persistent CMO on OCT . Suggestions on management ? Topical treatment ? Injections? Other options?
